The short answer

Sabrina Stocker is a UK AI speaker for trade associations and industry conferences. She speaks to members who run businesses inside one sector, shows them how to give AI a single job with the sector's own rules, and can build a member's business live on the big screen so the room sees it applied to work they recognise.

The room

A room that shares a trade.

A trade association room knows the regulations, the suppliers, the customers and the gossip, and does not want a generic talk from someone who has never set foot in their world. What a visiting speaker can honestly offer is a method, not sector expertise: how to hand a job to AI, how to give it the rules, and how to check its work.

Before the event, Sabrina asks the organiser for the few jobs that eat members' time in that trade, so the examples on screen use the room's own language instead of a generic business.

First jobs

Three jobs members in a trade often hand over first.

Examples of the work a room like this often hands to AI first. They show the kind of job to start with, not a promise of what any one business will get.

Reading the rules

Standards updates, guidance notes and regulatory changes pile up. AI can summarise a long document into what changed and what it means for a typical member, ready for a person to check.

Technical writing

Quotes, method statements, product descriptions and case studies follow a pattern in most trades. AI can draft from the member's notes in the house style.

Member service

An association's team answers the same questions again and again about events, accreditation and benefits. AI can draft replies from the association's own material.

Which talk fits

The talk that fits a trade audience.

Talk 02

Stop Using AI. Start Employing It.

Talk two suits a trade room because most members run small firms without a training budget or a tech team, which is the audience it was written for. It explains why being small is an advantage, how to treat AI as staff with one job each, and what the 2023 blind test taught Sabrina about her own agency. It is a keynote, and it can carry a live build using an example from the trade.

What the room leaves with: a different way of seeing AI, as staff with one job each, and the first one to hire.

The live build

A member's business, built with the trade's rules.

A member volunteers from the floor and pitches their business in a few sentences. Sabrina builds one AI agent for it live and gives it the rules of the trade as written instructions, for example how a quote must be laid out or which wording a customer letter must never use. The room sees that rules go in as plain sentences, not code.

Then she asks it to do the job and checks the work in front of everyone, including the parts it gets wrong. Members learn how to supervise AI, which is the skill that matters in a technical or regulated trade. Nothing is edited out.

Proof

Sabrina has spoken at Mindvalley's 1 Billion Summit in Dubai and at Mindvalley in Tallinn, on a House of Lords panel on AI and entrepreneurship in May 2026, and at Google and Microsoft. She has run AI Profits rooms in Peterborough, and Mindvalley rates her 4.9 out of 5 as an instructor.

Questions

AI Speaker for Trade Associations and Industry Conferences: your questions answered.

Does Sabrina need to know our industry?

No, and she says so. She brings the method for handing a job to AI. The organiser supplies the sector's typical jobs and rules beforehand so the examples on screen are the room's own, and the members supply the expertise during the build.

Can it be a keynote at our annual conference?

Yes. Two of the three talks suit a keynote slot, and either can end with a live build. The organiser chooses the talk and, if wanted, a sector example to build.

What about regulation and confidentiality in our trade?

The session covers, in plain terms, what members should keep out of AI tools and why checking every output matters. It is not legal advice, and members should follow their own regulator's guidance on specific rules.

Does it suit both large and small member firms?

Yes. The method is the same at any size: one job per AI agent, clear rules and a person checking the work. Smaller firms see how to start, and larger members see how it could be rolled out by team.

Can she join a panel as well as give a keynote?

Yes. Sabrina has spoken on a House of Lords panel about AI and entrepreneurship, and a panel or fireside chat can sit alongside a keynote or live build in the same programme.
