Not a talk about AI. A live build, on the big screen.

Someone from your audience pitches their business. Sabrina, a female AI keynote speaker in the UK, builds its first AI workforce with Claude while the room watches. Nothing edited out.

What it looks like

Fifteen seconds to pitch. Seven minutes to build.

In September, someone pitched me their business in fifteen seconds. Claude and I built it on the big screen while the room watched. About seven minutes, start to finish.

It does break. When it does, the room watches it get fixed, which is exactly what will happen when they try it themselves.

A real business from your audience, the build on the big screen, and nothing edited out. That's the whole session.

Signature talks

Three ways into the same idea: AI is a workforce, not a tool.

Pick the one that fits your programme. Each can carry a live build.

Talk one

Your AI Workforce: Make Money, Save Money, Save Time

In 2023, Sabrina quietly trained an AI on her agency's work, then sent clients its version and her team's without saying which was which. Most chose the AI. She rebuilt the agency on a small team and 27 AI agents. Your room leaves seeing AI as people to hire, and knowing the first job to hand over.

Best for: a conference programme slot.

Formats: keynote, keynote with a live build, or an online session.

What the room leaves with: a list of the first jobs to hand to AI, and the order to do them in.

Talk two

Stop Using AI. Start Employing It.

Most AI training is built for big companies with training budgets and tech teams. This talk is about why being small is an advantage, and how to get in through the side door. Your room hears the 2023 blind test, and how an agency runs on a small team and 27 AI agents.

Best for: a keynote slot.

Formats: keynote, or keynote with a live build.

What the room leaves with: a different way of seeing AI, as staff with one job each, and the first one to hire.

Talk three

Put AI on the Payroll: A Workforce Built Live on Stage

Someone from your audience pitches their business, and Sabrina builds its first AI workforce on the big screen while everyone watches. Your room sees a real business get built from a fifteen-second pitch, sees it break and get fixed, and walks out knowing they can start on their own.

Best for: organisers who want the build in the title.

Formats: live build on its own, or a workshop where the room builds along.

What the room leaves with: having watched a real business get its first AI workforce built from start to finish, on screen.
