The short answer

Sabrina Stocker is a UK AI workshop facilitator for small business teams. In her hands-on workshop each person builds their own first AI helper on their own laptop while she builds along on the big screen, as a coach and not a lecturer, so the room leaves with something working rather than a page of notes.

The room

Who the workshop is for.

The workshop is for teams and groups of small business owners who want to leave with something built: a company away day, a member workshop run by an association, a business support programme, or a networking group that wants more than a talk. It suits people who already use AI a little and people who have never opened it.

It is not a training course on one product. People bring one real job from their own work, and the session is about turning that job into a working AI helper they can keep using the next morning.

First jobs

Three jobs people usually build in a first workshop.

Examples of the work a room like this often hands to AI first. They show the kind of job to start with, not a promise of what any one business will get.

The first draft

Emails, proposals, posts and reports that start from a blank page. A helper that writes a first draft in the person's own voice is the most common first build.

The summary

Long documents, meeting notes and email threads turned into a short brief with the actions listed.

The routine answer

The questions customers or colleagues ask every week, answered by a helper that has been given the business's own information, with a person approving before anything is sent.

Put AI on the Payroll: A Workforce Built Live on Stage

Talk three is the one that becomes a workshop. Sabrina goes first on the big screen so the room sees each step, then everyone builds their own on their own laptop while she coaches. Because she builds live in front of people and runs Two Comma PR on a small team and 27 AI agents, she can show what works and fix what breaks alongside them.

What the room leaves with: having watched a real business get its first AI workforce built from start to finish, on screen.

The live build

How the session runs.

The room starts by watching. A volunteer pitches a business and Sabrina builds its first AI helper on the big screen, step by step, in plain language, with nothing edited out. Everyone sees what a good instruction looks like and what a mistake looks like.

Then it is the room's turn. People pick the one job they brought and build their own helper on their own laptop. Sabrina coaches, helps anyone who gets stuck and keeps the pace so nobody is left behind. The organiser provides two screens the room can see, reliable wifi and a handheld microphone.

Proof

Sabrina has spoken at Mindvalley's 1 Billion Summit in Dubai and at Mindvalley in Tallinn, on a House of Lords panel on AI and entrepreneurship in May 2026, and at Google and Microsoft. She has run AI Profits rooms in Peterborough, and Mindvalley rates her 4.9 out of 5 as an instructor.

Questions

AI Workshop Facilitator UK: your questions answered.

What is a hands-on AI workshop for small business teams?

It is a session where each person builds a working AI helper for one real job in their own business, on their own laptop, while the facilitator builds along on screen. People leave with the helper, not slides.

Does everyone need to bring a laptop?

Yes. In the workshop format the room builds along on their own laptops, so the organiser should tell attendees in advance. It also helps if each person arrives with one real job in mind.

Do people need AI experience first?

No. The session starts from a volunteer's pitch and builds in plain language, so beginners can follow it, and people with some experience still pick up how to give clear instructions.

What is the difference between a workshop and a keynote with a live build?

In a keynote the room watches Sabrina and a volunteer build on the big screen. In a workshop the room builds along on their own laptops, so everyone creates their own. A keynote and a workshop can sit in the same event.

Can the workshop run online?

There is an online session with the same live build for an audience watching online. The hands-on workshop, where the room builds along on laptops, is the in-person format.
